My role was to redesign the Autotrip website to introduce the new mobile app, new pricing options and business features. I used an iterative approach by firstly coming up with initial ideas together with the Marketing manager, looking at competitors and indirect competitor sites.
Focus is on the homepage was on the app and context of the potential user using the app in real life. Social proof and numbers highlighting the number of customers and claimed miles to increase downloads. I used storytelling to introduce the 3 key features and how easy it is to claim using the app. In the pricing page I minimised the amount of choices. Making it easy to spot the difference between pricing plans. Images also help paint a clear picture of what the customer gets. The premium option is highlighted and clearly directs on the user on the best option.
